FICTIONAL HOLDER MODEL
John Connor
One holder entitlement
Two destinations. One dividend entitlement. One voting entitlement.
EQUITY LAUNCHPAD / PRODUCT DESIGN PREVIEW
Connect business vetting, issuer decisions and a primary funding round through Hybrid Banking—then hand off to a separate Hybrid Exchange listing and secondary-market process.

No live business assessment, issuer clearance, token issuance, fundraising or Exchange connection is enabled. Actual legal roles, provider contracts, instrument rights and venue acceptance remain to agree.
FOLLOW THE CORPORATION’S JOURNEY
Start with an application. Make claims reviewable. Keep an accountable issuer decision, a primary allocation and a secondary listing as distinct gates.
Corporate records, share authority and commercial claims become versioned findings, with clarification, expiry and correction paths.
Preview a Series A or future pre-IPO workflow: investor eligibility, terms, subscriptions, Core funding receipts and allocation controls.
An allocated interest needs separate venue admission, custody, transfer rules and settlement acceptance before an order book can support trading.
AFTER THE RAISE / OWNERSHIP & SERVICING
Follow the investment after allocation: reconcile the shareholder register, keep investors informed, fund distributions and apply version-bound corporate actions.
Distinguish authorized capacity, class supply and beneficial holdings. A register mismatch holds new transfers and servicing until reconciled.
Try versioned notices, gross/net dividends with separate funding, quorum-aware voting and a separately approved split.
Reassess material changes, apply recipient eligibility and lockups, and prepare a separate market handoff with explicit settlement mechanics.
Browser-only fictional records. No real register, money, tax remittance, token, assessment or settlement is changed.
A CONNECTED ECOSYSTEM / PROPOSED RESPONSIBILITIES
Banking presents the client and team experience. The dedicated Launchpad service owns governed offering, diligence, disclosure, subscription and admission workflow. Legal issuer authority remains a separate requirement.
Proposed specialist assessment provider. The simulator illustrates claim-level findings and human review; the business service contract and integration are not accepted yet.
Identity and company authority, controlled disclosure, protected evidence, canonical balances and execution records. Public commitments would reveal only an agreed minimum, with explicit proof status.
Proposed listing and secondary order-book destination. AIFC ecosystem coordination and Perpetuals venue/provider connectivity are proposed roles, subject to agreed scope and separate acceptance.
FUNDING & SETTLEMENT ARCHITECTURE
The proposed flow connects fiat bank-account / IBAN routes, supported on/off-ramps and Core wallets. Currency conversions, funding confirmation, reserves and allocations require explicit records and controls.
Identify the funding currency, beneficiary and provider. An account reference alone is not a reconciled receipt.
Keep asset quantities, reservations, conversions and ownership records authoritative in Core. Banking presents the workflow.
Separate primary funding, Exchange settlement and eligible card-program flows. No automatic conversion, liquidity or real provider execution is implied.
PRIVATE EVIDENCE / ACCOUNTABLE DECISIONS
The intended design protects sources and reports in Data Vault, with purpose-specific grants and version-bound assessments. Minimized commitments can support record integrity; they do not establish that a commercial claim is true.
A real zero-knowledge feature requires an agreed statement, proof system and verification. The simulator creates neither encrypted storage nor Chain proofs.
QUESTIONS FROM THE BOARDROOM
The legal structure determines the answer. Issuer-sponsored shares, SPV equity and custodian-backed claims have different rights. Before a real offering, identify the issuer, jurisdiction, recognized register, class rights and registrar responsibilities. A wallet balance alone does not establish legal title.
Yes in the proposed model: wallet destinations map to holder entitlements. The simulator demonstrates one fictional holder across two wallet views. A custodian can represent many beneficial owners; actual look-through, disclosure and pass-through rights need an agreed custody and registrar contract. That connection is not implemented here.
The simulated transfer is held when recipient eligibility is missing or an instrument restriction applies. A current identity does not override sanctions, lockups or investor rules. The real transfer service must enforce current policy and authority before recording either leg.
The intended design keeps holder identities, wallet relationships and source documents behind purpose-specific access. Approved public disclosures and minimized commitments are separate. A commitment supports integrity checking; it does not prove truth, hide all infrastructure metadata or automatically provide a zero-knowledge proof.
The demonstration freezes exact holder snapshots, requires separate distribution approval and treasury funding, rejects repeat payout and counts votes against the full issued class. The sample withholding is illustrative, not a tax determination or remittance. Actual corporate documents, payment rails, tax and registrar obligations remain to commission.
Recovery must verify the holder or authorized representative, apply the agreed registrar/custody process and preserve historical records. An address change must not create new shares. The simulator holds new actions on a register mismatch; legal recovery, disputes and replacement-wallet authority need separate accepted workflows.
No. Primary allocation, venue admission, market activation and settlement are separate. Hybrid Exchange and any Perpetuals route need instrument-specific acceptance, investor rules and liquidity arrangements. No continuous trading, redemption on demand or guaranteed exit is promised.
Confirm one issuer and offering, independent reviewers, eligible investors, a recognized register model and one settlement asset. Then verify Identity authority, exact Vault evidence, Core financial receipts and a complete lifecycle including errors and retries. Bank funding and secondary trading remain separately gated. StatForce can join after its assessment contract is agreed.
Product design and fictional demonstration; offering requirements depend on jurisdiction and legal structure. No regulatory approval is implied.
